Shipping & Return Policies
1. General information about shipping
We offer free shipping only to the following EU countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, and Estonia. Shipping to other countries is currently not possible. Shipping is done through our shipping service provider. The processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

3. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination.

Standard shipping: approx. 6-11 business days (depending on order volume)
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipment Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email, with which you can track the status of your order at any time or simply at https://fluffybrush.de/pages/deine-bestellung-verfolgen.
5. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transport, please contact us immediately at info@fluffybrush.de

Damaged Goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging so that we can find a solution.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.
6. Returns & Complaints
Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns can be processed directly through our system. Please contact us in advance at info@fluffybrush.de to initiate the return. The cost of the return is borne by the customer. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy. Customers bear the shipping costs for returns.
Important notice regarding returns
Please do not send returns or packages to our company address. Only use the official return label that you receive from us. This way, we can process your return quickly and smoothly.
